HISTORY

Locally owned and operated since its inception, Tropical Realty began with one office in the Tampa Bay area in 1959. In 1988, owners Dewey Mitchell and Allen Crumbley had the foresight to align Tropical Realty with Prudential Real Estate.

Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate has since grown into a full service commercial real estate organization that consistently ranks among the Top 5 commercial real estate services companies in the Tampa Bay region.
